I don't think anbu could have broken down that shield and he said it would be harder because he can't fight oro and try to break the shield at the same time. He would have died sooner if that were the case lol. Hiruzen knew he couldn't beat oro that's why he sealed his arms in the first place.

1.) I'm being sarcastic. I know good a damn well iruka isn't stronger than naruto
2.) my point being is to prove because the data book says it doesn't mean it's completely true i.e. the quotes in the databook about hiruzen. They weren't kishi saying them they were quotes from the characters in the manga.

You can't use a>b>c logic here. I think gai is the only person that can beat Kisame, bee is tron get than gai and couldn't beat Kisame, get it? Gai had the perfect tech/ability to beat Kisame. Kisames main advantage was his ability to absorb chakra to make himself stronger. Gai uses taijutsu techs exclusively aside from the one time he summoned his turtle do Kisame couldn't absorb any of gais chakra and use it against him. Madara is obviously stronger than hiruzen. Some people think hashi had some special tech that was Madaras weakness, but I really don't think that's the case and if it is they have yet to prove it.

2.) if you read it there it says everyone believe he was killed, but that doesn't mean he wasnt defeated. So I guess you have a small point there just the scan is a bad one to use as evidence lol

Data books arent wrong, but you misinterpreted it
And if 2 people have a 5 or the same # in genjutsu, its still possible for 1 one of them to still be way better in that area
Its just that the data book doesnt go that much into detail is how people have trouble with understanding
