The Hokages saved them not Sasuke.

Sasuke has barely done jack squat, and no the village didn't create him, he made the choices himself, he committed those crimes of his own free will.

He knew his brother sacrificed himself for the village and then chose to spit on that sacrifice, it was his decision alone.

The village has nothing to do with what Sasuke has done throughout the series.

Basically what most people said. They're at war, and the entire world is at stake. Besides, it's really only the rookies that have "accepted" him.

After the war, and assuming the Kages are still alive, Sasuke will still be brought to justice. The rookies have no actual political power, and neither do the Dead Hokages. Sasuke will probably be on the run for the rest of his life, and if he's captured he'll either be executed or put in jail.

Naruto can't do shit. He may have all this battle power, but he has no actual political power among the nation. Even as a Hokage, he would have little say against the feudal lord and other Kages.
