Why was Nagato unable to access madaras EMS techs even with his eyes

Plot device to make Naruto win, if he had access to the EMS, nobody in the Narutoverse could stop him, you saw what he did with just the Rinnegan, give him EMS, the shinobi alliance would get Solo'd.

If the Rinnegan is the more advanced state of the Sharingan...then EMS would not have made him invincible. EMS only means that he can use MS techs without going blind. Don't add other powers onto it.

Some plot-no-jutsu bullshit. Kakashi can switch his eye's state, why can't Nagato?

The eyes are linked, Obito was the one to activate Kakashi's Ms when he saw Rin die. That's why he achieved Ms and was able to switch.

Unlike Nagato, his doujutsu was given to him by Madara in a fixed state
meaning he gave it when it was a Rinnegan. And because Nagato doesn't possess Uchiha dna he can't possibly have access to Madara's ems techniques or he simply is not Madara??? This is just a guess of mine
