It seems to me that she was alot stronger than Momoshiki and Kinshiki combined. Why is that?

It actually does, same way Hagoromo's descendants control Senjutsu better than average humans a royal Otsutsuki would have higher power than the average one. If royal blood didn't make a difference Hyuga wouldn't care about keeping their bloodline "pure".

See how you digress? Momoshiki's defeat was by PIS, anybody can see that. There's more techniques even from his novel that he did not use. He underestimated them. He clearly stronger if Kaguya built an army to take them out.

Hyuga care about keeping the blood pure because their Kekkei Genkai is passed down via said blood. The bold is just your theory.
