Why tobi is spamming gedo mazo everytime?

Tobi is wasting his chakra because he keep spamming summoning gedo mazo several times fighting KCM naruto and 3 legend ninjas.He doesnt even use rinnegan abilities yet wtf is he thinking?Why tobi didn't use meteor ? he can go intagible and laugh as the meteor destroy naruto ,kakashi and gai !

Tobi should use shinra tensei and rape naruto -_- instead of using his hax ghost mode s/t tech sharingan piece of junk.

He isn't bad, he's a bit conservative so far. When he realizes he can't win by using his signature S/T techniques and some good ol' taijutsu, although entertaining to watch and impressive, he will grow a bit desperate and proceed to use his more chakra consuming Rinnegan abilities. It's just that he holds off because he isn't as familiar with Rinnegan as his standard abilities. I think Tobi is naturally a safe player. He wants to have complete control and when using new abilities he has to rely more on chance
