So far the gaiden is concentrating on team 7,shin and sarada.

People ignored so far:

-Hinata
-Bolt
-Kakashi
-Kabuto
-Gai
-The rest of K11
-the kids of K11

I also wanted to find more about the new boy with blue hair.Or relationships between other ninja kids,like shikamaru's son or inojin etc or rock lee's son WHERE IS HE?

Good mangas give attention even to weak characters becuase even weak characters should play a important role...
Take a look at OnePiece,take a look at Fairy Tail...
Kishimoto could've made Shikamaru and others look badass and give a Tenseigan to Neji and not kill him but he didn't care,they were completely ignored in Naruto Shippuden,they aren't fodders but Kishi make them look so by ignoring them...
