First of all, NOO, it doesn't work this way.

Third kazekage can control iron sand, and not iron.
Although he can poison his sand and make a kunai out of it and spam on hashi but still that is not enough to kill hashirama as all of his kunai will be blocked by mokuton

Well the 3rd Kazekage was known as the strongest Kazekage in the history of Sunagakure, so it's not as laughable as people think to put him against one of the strongest Hokages, if not the strongest..

Well using this logic Tenten with poisoned weapons can beat Hashirama. As for healing abilities, I fail to see how you can just heal from poison.
