Now that I have taken a break from praising the Solo King I decided to make this thread due to some past post about Senju being stronger than Uchiha:
While its true that in the Manga it states that Senju were Stronger than Uchiha I believe the reason is due to two things:
The Era of when they battled
and
The Lack of Sharingan users among the Uchiha clan:
The Era of When they Fought:
Looking at old illustrations of a lot of the Uchiha v Senju fights its safe to assume that there was a lot of kinjutsu and taijutsu combat more than ninjutsu:
With this being said ALTHOUGH the Uchiha have an upper advantage in reading opponents movements and countering with there Sharingan. The Senju are natually stronger and physically more capable of doing hand to hand taijutsu/ kenjutsu.
Another thing of note is that Only select Uchiha gain the Sharingan ability giving them this advantage in combat but ALL Senju seem to have physical prowess in terms of taijutsu and natural stamina/strength
With this being said I believe in the Era where combat was mainly Kenjutsu and taijutsu the Senju would undoubtedly be the supreme combatants.
Also if we look deeper in the manga I realize that "ninjutsu" really didnt become popular until after the villages were finally starting to stabilize. There has been many times in the manga where it has been stated that the Village develops new jutsu to be used to help make the village more powerful.
With this being said I believe that if the Uchiha were alive and in the current era where ninjutsu is more dominant than Taijutsu/Kenjutsu they would be stronger than the Senju or ATLEAST the Uchiha with Sharingans hehe. But as a whole since Senju seem to gain there abilities naturally and all Uchiha have to unlock theres Senju as a whole would still be stronger.
