Only the Shinju and Kaguya/Madara can ultilze that eye to cast IT.

Why is this?

Well, it's the same reason why these guys can't use their eyes.

The Juubi is just a creation of Kaguya. It is essentially controlled by Kaguya, just like the Animal Path Summons are by Rinnegan.

So it makes sense that the Juubi shares the same eye. But like animal path's summons, the eye is just symbolic of control only.

The real owner of the eye are Kaguya. Perhaps Madara is just a puppet like deva path, hence it seemed that he was able to use the eye, but it was essentially channelled via Kaguya.

Just like how Deva Path used his Rinnegan via power channelled by Nagato.

The Shinju can use the eye because it is also a "path" controlled by Kaguya.

Look at Kaguya talking through the tree.

reminds me of Nagato talking though one of his 6 paths.

Now the Juubi isn't really at path level. It is lower. More like a Summon that is controlled by Kaguya's eye. Hence it still has the eye but cant use it.

Well it does help it to see chakra. Remember when it saw the beasts and the sage inside of Naruto. Naruto was also in quite a distance to begin with.

It has no Genjutsu or dimensional properties because the eye it has isn't the real thing.

The Juubi is basically Senjutsu personified. Perhaps it sensed them instead.

Well, sort of. But it's more like Kaguya can't use the eye in this form since she is pretty much a mindless beast. On the other hand, the "Shinju" with the eye IS the (transformed) Juubi. The original Shinju didn't have this eye, since it was Kaguya's to begin with.

I view the Shinju as a path in which it can use the eye to channel Kaguya's powers. Just like Madara is also a path in which powers can be channelled.

Kinda like Deva Path.

But the Juubi isn't a path. It is lower than a path. It's more like a summon. Hence it's eye does nothing.

No, i'm pretty sure it hasn't utilized the eye due to it never being at full power. Kaguya ate the fruit, developed the eye because it stemed from the tree itself, that's just my take.

It could be that Kaguya had the eye because she ate the Fruit.

The Tree got the eye after it got absorbed by Kaguya, hence making the tree a controlled puppet of Kaguya.

The tree isn't a controlled puppet of Kaguya, it became part of Kaguya. The juubi IS kaguya. It is simply a different form of the same entity. The reason it can't use Kaguya's abilities is because it's a raging beast.

It's less like Pein, and more like Naruto's old bijuu modes (1-8 tails) vs. the one he used against Obito. When Naruto is control of kurama's chakra he's able to use different abilities.

The Juubi became part of Kaguya, but Kaguya isn't the Juubi.

You can think of the Juubi as a limb of Kaguya. Just a part. An extension of her will.

A puppet.

No, because if it was limb or puppet of Kaguya she could control it, but she can't. She's not in control in that form, all the Juubi contains his her desire to devour all chakra.

Kaguya was sealed. In order to bring her out, IT needed to be cased.

Up until that point, the Juubi was just a lifeless limb that only somewhat contained part of her will, but not her conciousness.

She wasn't sealed when the Juubi first attacked back in Hagoromo and Hamura's time.

Another reason you analogy doesn't work is that sealing Juubi, seals Kaguya. If the Juubi was an extension or puppet, then she would still be able to operate freely even after her puppet is taken away.

It's more like this.

Madara summoned the Gedo Mazo but Kaguya's soul was mostly still in the moon. Until Madara casted IT.

That is why we didn't see the rabbit until the end.

Before then, we just saw very small hints of Kaguya's conciousness in the Juubi and Shinju. Just fragments of her. Not the whole thing.

Kaguya was still sealed. She cannot operate freely as she needs immense chakra to do so. Chakra from IT. Juubi is not enough.

So... you're just going to completely ignore the fact that the Juubi existed before Kaguya was sealed and after IT was first used?

Yes what you say may be true... if you only look at half the equation.

The funny part is you agree with my original point which is that she can't use all of the eye's abilities because she's not in control.

Juubi did exist before Kaguya. Before it was just the Juubi/Shinju

After she ate the fruit, the Juubi became an extension of herself.

It's almost as if the Fruit completely contains the Shinju/Juubi's essence.

juubi is mindless. it`s just a dormand kaguya. having instincts, but nothing else. it needs most of the existent chakra, and the last ingredient, her will that`s in bz. but it`s over. gezo mazou is sealed in her own dimension, no one knows anymore how to summon gedo mazou anymore, and even if it was knowing, he couldn`t cuz it requires imense chakra reserves to summon it from kaguya`s own dimension. and it`s over anyway, no one who would be right in the head wouldn`t want anymore to be jiinchuriki of juubi, being jiinchuriki of juubi = kaguya`s host.

It's almost as if the Fruit completely contains the Shinju/Juubi's essence.

You got the timeline wrong. First Kaguya ate the fruit. Then she gave birth to her sons. Then she went crazy and wanted to consume all the charka. Then she became one with the shinju. Then she became the Juubi.

She didn't become the juubi after eating the fruit. The fruit doesn't contain the shinju or juubi's essence, it contained all the chakra in the world.

Also you did ignore it because you don't explain how come juubi originally was a monster, since you say it's monster now only because kaguya was still sealed.
