Why the CE rules changed?

so that Cali or Mathi or whoever is approving them now has actually TIME to approve/decline/read them, cause when it was with that 5 - 10 months it was rather easy to acomplish that, at least that's why i think they changed it, dunno tho if that is the real reason :shrug:
Resctritions aren't changed or increased because things are approved. Stating that is both a bit childish and ridiculous and can be read in many ways, some of them offensive.That and a certain member got two CE approved in about a 2 day timespan....wonder who that was......
Regardless of what people think, we do like members to have customs and be powerfull and have cool bios and CE's. We work for that. So, the fact that someone had CE's approved in 2 days has nothing to do with it.
I'm not in charge of CEs nor CEJs, however its pretty obvious why if you actually think about it. CE's are harder and harder to make. As each new one is approved, less oportunities to get something else remain. Not only that but also CE's tend to be very powerfull skills, making any bio you possess (in theory) able to manipulate 9 elemental releases in minimum. Because of that, acess to make a CE needed to be a bit more restrict so that it was acessible only to those who invest in the RP and Community and stick around long enough to gain that right. It makes sense that something so special, so unique, so powerfull and so cool would have more restrictions than 5 months in NB and Kage Rank. There are bios with more restrictions than that.

because people can spam their way to kage and make a ce so this way they don't spam their way to kage just for it because they'll still have to wait like a year
