why the anime catchup to the manga so quickly ?

i always wondered why the anime catch up to the manga chapters so fat , so exampel 100 manga chapter = 30 or 40 anime episodes !!

It is usually one to two chapters covered in one episode and, as we know, sometimes zero. It is not that bad.

I have heard people saying that five manga of Bleach can make a single episode sometimes. I do not watch Bleach so I can not be sure of the correctitude of their statement.

As an example, Naruto Shippuden 270 covered a manga chapter and a half. The next episode will cover zero manga chapters, since it is a filler.

Cause of the bulk of Fillers. If there weren't those Fillers, we would have catched up to the Manga a while ago.
