it was stated that superman has no limits, therefore hes limitless, even though he lacks many combat techniques like goku he still has much stronger strength and durability
here is superman lifting 200 quintilion tons
here is goku doing a deltoid rase of 40 tons, ALTHOUGH REMEMBER GOKU HAVING 40 TONS ON HIS WRISTS ISNT THE SAME WHAT YOU SEE SUPERMAN DOING, superman was actually pushing against the ground and was keeping the weight balanced, while goku weight was strapped on his wrists while he was mid air, thats why its hard to exactly figure out goku actualy strength since that is much harder to do than superman, i can bench press about 180 pounds but i can probably lift only 20-25pounds on my wrists max.
goku in his base mode can lift 10 tons, if goku went super saiyan he should be able to lift only 500 tons while in super saiyan 3 he should be able to lift 2000 tons and ssj god goku can only lift about 300,000 tons
goku can lift 300000 aproximately probably much more than that but still cant prove that.

goku in saiyan saga can move at around 5.8miles per second while goku in ssj3 can move around 9.3 times the speed of light.
superman on the other hand moved at around 3000mph on some ocassions when he flew to saturn when he was pissed it took him 4 minutes to get there while speed of light takes about 17 minutes meaning that superman is about 4 times the speed of light but most of the time he struggles to go beyond speed of light because of the mass logic and e=mc2

If ssj3 goku can move at the speed 9.3 times the speed of light and base goku after absorbing godly ki was much stronger than ssj3 goku then goku at super saiyan god can move 1000+ times faster than light, he both would obliterate superman at that speed because he has more energy than him, meaning scratch the lifting constest aswell, if goku charged at superman at that speed he would pierce thru him easily. since goku back when he was a kid was dissapearing from the fight scene because he moved too fast, and godly eyes couldnt even keep up with him.
SORRY YOULL NEVER CONVINCE ME THAT SUPERMAN CAN WIN, SIMPLY NEVER BECAUSE THE FACTS ARE THERE TO PROVE THAT GOKU IS STRONGER AN FASTER.
