G, superman was actually pushing against the ground and was keeping the weight balanced, while goku weight was strapped on his wrists while he was mid air, thats why its hard to exactly figure out goku actualy strength since that is much harder to do than superman, i can bench press about 180 pounds but i can probably lift only 20-25pounds on my wrists max.

goku in his base mode can lift 10 tons, if goku went super saiyan he should be able to lift only 500 tons while in super saiyan 3 he should be able to lift 2000 tons and ssj god goku can only lift about 300,000 tons
