the cool thing about a devil fruit is that its only unique to that person. eg: there is not another rubberman excep for him. i personally like luffy's ability because of the gears he uses. like goku going into SS mode. gear second is my favourite. agh my favourite character will have to be zoro.
Thats the Challenge in One Piece. Imagine how it would be, if there are only few. It would be more like Boxing- where only a few talented fight. Luffy is not the best DF user out there but he wants to be the best, not among the few, but in the whole world. Its good to have many DF users.
In order for electricity to flow through a medium, it must have free charge carriers (electrons). Solid rubber has no free electrons, and so it has zero conductivity. The reason rubber stops electricity is because it is an insulator. Everything in the world can be separated into two groups (for convenience sake) Insulators - don't conduct electricity; and Conductors - let electricity go through them. Metals are conductors, plastic, isn't. This is why wires are insulated with plastic whilst the metal inside is usually copper. The reason we have that is because electricity is dangerous to us.enel's is said to be the strongest..it has no weakness...i personally don't see how luffy defeated him since enel was able to melt gold but not rubby
good job on the research but that isn't what i was referring to...for example he heated up the gold and turned it into a ball to weigh luffy down..why not wrap it around him n turn it into an oven
