[Theory] Why senjutsu affected Obito but Ninjutsu didn't???

In this theory, I am going to explain why only senjutsu affected Obito..
I am going to split it here into two parts, and going to explain both the parts separately.

1. Why Senjutsu affects Obito??​

Lets get back to what is Senjutsu...
"Senjutsu refers to a specialized field of techniques that allows the user to sense and then gather the natural energy (自然エネルギー, shizen enerugī) around a person."

So in short, person uses Natural energy that is energy from nature.
Now lets get back to something more important that Kurama told Naruto in chapter 610,

He said that you can't sense Juubi (using conventional ways of course, without senjutsu) ,as that thing is similar to energy circulating on planet, in short Juubi energy is also Natural energy, but 'foul' type of natural energy as indicated by Obito here->

So in short to beat Obito-who is Juubi jinchuriki at this moment, you need natural energy whose nature is opposite to the nature of Juubi's energy, so that's why Senjutsu affects Obito.

2. Why ninjutsu doesn't affect Obito??​

As indicated by Tobirama here Obito is using Onmyoudon(Yin-Yang) technique to nullify all ninjutsus, but how, well what is Ninjutsu??
As stated in panel below, you combine spiritual energy and physical stamina to form ninjutsu, now we all know that sage of six paths was capable using Yin-yang release using which he formed all living things,

so on the other hand you can nullify physical stamina and spiritual energy by using the same jutsu opposite way, and that is what Obito is doing basically.

Conclusions:-
1. Ninjutsu can't affect Obito, as he nullifies it using Yin-yang jutsu, he uses the jutsu similar to SO6P's jutsu but in opposite way.
2. Senjutsu can affect Obito, because Juubi's energy is natural energy similar to senjutsu.

Juubi was made up of foul natural energy so in short you need opposite of that to beat him, just like Naruto was able to take out hatred of Kyuubi due to his nature..:yeah:

You are correct, that Juubi is just a big ball of natural energy. And senjutsu work upon natural energy. But the reason it hurts Obito is simply because it's not ninjutsu. It has nothing to do with Juubi being made of natural energy. Is simply he cannot absorb natural energy, only ninjutsu chakra.
