sorry i didn't read most of the replys, but my answer is because Sasuke is still a true Uchiha. He's gone through the most other than Madara, and Madara cheated and put in Hashirama's/Ushura's dna= the sages eyes. Sasuke has the ultimate sharingan/rinnengan/juubi eye now>rinnengan.

The same argument of the other thread? Nagato had the same eyes that Madara had, and Nagato failed to recognize Naruto clones in their last fight, with the same eyes that Madara had.

So your argument related to the eyes is wrong. The reason of why Madara was the only person capable to recognize Hashirama's Clones is because his proficency, not because he had these specific eyes.
Ergo, Rinnegan does not necessarily see through clones (and let's be frank: Naruto < Hashirama, Pain should not have any kind of trouble seeing through basic clones, but the fact is, he could not until they revealed to be clones). This proves also that your example is a False Analogy fallacy.
Also, aluding to the contrary, I could also show that seeing through clones is not necessarily a doujutsu feature.

The only valid relationship between a Rinnegan and a Sharingan is the evolution ladder from Sharingan to Rinnegan (using Ashura's Chakra for the next step), and even so it has not been proved that the Rinnegan can use the Sharingan powers, it only shares some common properties that any shinobi with the same proficency that Madara has (using doujutsus) could achieve. THIS is the true reason of why Madara was the only shinobi able to see through Hashirama's Clones, and why Pain using the same eyes could not see Naruto's clones. The reason is not the doujutsu, it is the experience and proficency.
In fact, I can prove you that Sasuke and Neji could not recognize Naruto clones, using Sharingan and Byakugan respectively. Sasuke could not in the battle above the Hospital in part 1, Neji could not in the third exams of Chuunin Exams in part 1. At this point, both doujutsus shared a common property: They could see chakra, but they could not differentiate clones. If I told that these both were related, I would be using the same fallacy as you used.
Summing it up: I would suggest you to stop using that example. It's just bad. It would be wiser to search for another one.
