Madara is threatening sasuke so, basically he has doubt on sasuke.
As i already said, sasuke still has feelings for innocents. He doesnt want to kill innocent villagers. He is using Akatsuki ,Madara is using him and i think sasuke being genius knows about madara's intentions..
