I think there are other thread that ALWAYS SOLO this kind of claim.
Simple a Kenjutsu master or simple a swordmaster's sword is being more useful to the enemy than the sword master him self, doesnt deserve to be called swordmaster in the first place.

Sasuke is one of the best kenjutsu users in the Narutoverse, but i have to say that Bee & possibly even Madara are better. If we add ninjutsu and everything else, then Sasuke easily wins. Unfortunately, Sasuke doesn't beat Bee in pure swordsmanship.
