Because since he's using 16yr old Sasuke wit less than 1hr experience with MS then might as well use KCM Naruto as an example and say Obito can dodge all his attacks

Purely in sword fight, Sasuke will die to Bee, however should powerups be allowed like Sharingan or Rinnegan then of course Sasuke will win. But the fact still stays, Bee is better at pure swordsmanship.

Or using, ya know Godspeed. And if sharigan is considered cheating then so is v1, which bee is slow without.

Well, if Rinnegan is excluded (only relying on predictability and foot speed) then it's a tough call. But Bee still can't "stomp" Sasuke, because Sasuke's prediction and tracking skills have improved since gaining straight tomoe EMS and his foot speed has increased tremendously as well. So I guess it will even out Bee's superior swordsmanship.

No look at my reasons. It has nothing to do with Sasuke being stronger. It has to do with him physically outclassing all others in the category, no ninjutsu needed. He blitzes anyone except those listed, who aren't swordsman.

I for one never said pure, but people like to act as if liquification is a normal, passive ability. If people allow it, which would be some people's argument, then chidori blade completely nullifies it.

Ay physically outclasses Kakashi, who is stronger? I rest my case.
Body flicker isn't ninjutsu, Sasuke is physically faster.
Sharingan is an enhancement, but if you take it away, he still has massive reaction feats and was able to detect shin without sharingan active.
Raiton is a factor in Bees fighting style as well, and does have to do with ninjutsu, but his application is the important part.

Lee is better at a style of taijutsu. So is Ay, and without lightning armor, he is about the speed of Lee, if we assume Lee is about Hebi Sasuke speed.

Sasuke is not the best kenjutsu user. He is the strongest ninja who 'uses' a sword. The sword is not what wins him battles of course or what he trained decades with. Props to the Guy/Madara person, summed it up perfectly.

Whilst we're at it Naruto is the strongest ninja who wears sandals.

Yea you're probably right even with the odds against him sasuke can probably come out on top because of his intelligence he can adapt very quickly so maybe it'll probably be an even match if they fought now with swordsman ship

Sasuke can beat Bee without Ration or Sharingan at the moment. He is too fast. If you want pure swordsmanship.

If we factor in things like the 7 ninja swords and how people apply their abilities to their skills (I.e. V1, Samehada Absorption, Bee's Vibratory Blade Skill, Mangetsu StrongArm skill, Hanzo Poison) then that is Kenjutsu as well, just different applications. Mangetsu can't even hold the Zabuzas sword without ninjutsu. Hanzo isn't lethal without his poison. Samurai are useless without their chakra blades. Bee isn't nearly as strong without his vibratory blades. But that is all Kenjutsu and applications of Kenjutsu.

Furthermore you are massively downplaying Sasuke and his feats such as

°Incapacitating 1000 chunin with his blade, not spilling a drop of blood (precision)
°Parrying and deflecting Mifune, known for his quick draw (Speed)
° Killing and enraged prisoner with his curse Mark active instantly (Speed and Skill)
Keeping up with Rinnegan Madara and actually landing blows, albeit him dying in the end (skill)
°Staying on equal footing with MS Itachi and parrying his attacks (skill)
° Dissecting JJ Madara (Speed, Skill, and Precision)

Has Ninjutsu aided some feats? Yes. Do they all involve Kenjutsu or the application of such? Yes.

His swordsmanship isn't legendary either but his abilities are too OP so he's the strongest.
