That's like saying Sai has all of BM narutos feats because he had BM cloak on. Madaras feats don't equal sasukes feats, besides madara was bragging anyway - realistically he likely meant everything (all matter) he has hit with his sword to date has been destroyed. Doesn't mean it destroys everything, but in the same respect madara still hasn't encountered something that resists it.

Does a victory go to a sword or the knight wielding it? Besides it wouldn't have worked had naruto not provided sm chakra, so it's a joint feat that can't be achieved without the other party present.
