i believe they are roughly equal now...in fact so equal that the battle would stretch for a long time....so the factor of winning this battle would be endurance and chakra levels,which give naruto the edge.so i think naruto still wins...however very high diff

naruto didnt want to fight with sasuke because naruto knew that sasuke have tobi ,zetsus and its 3 other fodder members of taka help
naruto didnt wanted to go for fight recklessly because naruto was a nine tails jinchuriki and akatsuki wanted to capture nine tails

sasuke use his power efficently against itachi, danzo ,dediara fight etc .This will compensate for his endurance,since he have EMS spaming abilities or using abilties will be easy

I agree that Sasuke deserves a spot in the top 10, but you can't use other people's feats as Sasuke's own.

Sasuke has yet to display his full power, but until then, he hasn't shown anything that makes him on par with Madara.
