They are both instant, and Sasuke charges chakra into his eye to perform it, which can be foreseen like how Obito predicted Amaterasu. Yes, he does like to fight and plays with his opponents. dude madara can kick sasuke's ass but when he's a JJ, normal madara have can't because he can't regenerate or fly so his reaction speed is less which means rinne shift plus sasuke cutting him in half is gameover.

If Madara wasn't immortal, he wouldn't of let Sasuke cut him, obviously. Why would Naruto be able to react to Sasuke, but not Madara? Hashirama's Sage Mode allows him to "instantaneously" regenerate/heal also, so he does have that. 5 Limbo clones surrounding him would just make it even harder for Sasuke to attempt to attack. I know you think Host Madara would win, but I believe that an alive Madara with both Rinnegan and Sage Mode would defeat Sasuke as well.

Have you been reading the manga correctly? Sasuke has placed 10 characters under ocular prowess with his Rinnegan. What do you think he means when he proclaimed "Genjutsu: Rinnegan"? Infinite Tsukuyomi is also casted by a Rinnegan.

Sasuke wouldn't be able to reach the Madara I'm talking about with 5 Limbo clones surrounding him. If Naruto could react, and Madara could react to FTG multiple times, then he will easily detect Sasuke.

Who says he couldn't react? His personality is to play with opponents; he could've simply not cared, being immortal. Sage Mode allows Tsunade/Hashirama healing abilities. Not immortal, but enough for nice wounds. He won't need to be forever living in this fight anyways. His back side if anything, is his best. He always knew and sensed when someone was behind him, so Sasuke would end up asking for trouble, ultimately coming to this:

Who said he couldn't? That's like saying Madara can't perform Rasengan because he hasn't shown it. He has access to every basic elemental type(due to Rinnegan), and great chakra control, along with the Sharingan, allowing him to copy Naruto, like Kakashi did. Just because he didn't show the ability to, doesn't particularly mean he can't.
