madara never used the other paths so does that mean he never had them? all the six path branch from one source having one path means having the other five in other words there's no made up powers the only thing I came up with is the rinne shift human path combo which is not really made since he can do that with ease if not for plot.

his "immunity" to ninjutsu via Preta is debatable, since we've only seen him siphon a small amount of chakra. And that's w/o mentioning he only has a Rinnegan in 1 eye. It's not like we've seen him absorb something on the scale of Onoki's Jinton or anything. It's a known fact that there is a limit to what 1 Rinnegan can do.

The "immunity" to poisons is debatable as well, since it was only theorized that Sasuke was made immune to poisons and not proven to be fact.
