Well thats a fanfic, it needed both Naruto and Sasuke to stand up against Madara, and Sasuke never fought 3 eyed Madara only defending himself from MT

Naruto, Sasuke and Madara all have the same powers. Rinnegan, Yin-Yang Chakra, Juubi's while Madara has his Rikudo powers, which Naruto and Sasuke possess separately. It comes down to whose intellectual enough to use his powers effectively, and Madara being the veteran warrior with hundred years of experience, without doubt use his powers better. Madara has an edge.

If anything you should be saying they're equal in that regard.Chapter 674 is a good example.Sasuke just got his new powers and was using it masterfully,while analyzing the situation,coming up with counter strategies,and successfully doing it.Madara himself commended Sasuke on his performance.

Granted,this was before he once again landed a hit on Madara,and then again later on in the same chapter,so we can only imagine the praise Madara would give Sasuke.
