Why Sasuke hasn't surpassed Madara and he never will

Since the latests chapters, Kurama said Sasuke is reaching to Rikudou's level. What is exactly Rikudou's level? By manga feats and statements, this is:

• Possessing Indra's and Ashura's Chakra, which leads to Hagoromo's Chakra.
• Possessing the full power of the Rinnegan.
• Becoming Juubi's Jinchuuriki

For all we know, Kurama is ignorant of the existence of Hagoromo's son, proven when he compared BM Naruto to Rikudou, when in actuality resembled Ashura. Thus, it proves Kurama has no idea of the two sons, and would have no idea that their powers also makes up Hagoromo's power. His statement becomes half-truth. Let's look at Sasuke:

• Possess a Rinnegan that's result of Indra's Chakra:

• Possess 9 Bijuu's powers.

The problem with Sasuke's current powers, he's not the Juubi's Jinchuuriki and lacks Naruto's power (Ashura's power) to indeed make up Hagoromo's full power, as well as a Rinnegan lacking Ashura's Chakra. Why won't he surpass Madara with all these powers? Here is why:

In order to surpass Madara, you need exact powers like Hagoromo's and Kaguya's powers. Madara's prime:

• Possess Indra's Chakra and Ashura's Chakra = Hagoromo's Chakra. [

• The original wielder of the Rinnegan and only he can access to its full potential.
• Juubi's Jinchuuriki.
• Shinju's immortality.
• Kaguya's Rinnegan.

That is why Sasuke has not and won't surpass Madara. He lacks Naruto's power, Juubi's power, full-powered Rinnegan and extension of Shinju and 3rd Rinnegan. Note: It's proven that Sasuke will lose the Bijuu's power in the movie, meaning he returned to his previous level.

Sasuke has the Rinnegan period. It has the same capabilities we saw from Nagato, and then some. He may have awakened it in his right eye after all these years. But that's speculation.

Sasuke's abilities aren't quite the same as madz, because he doesn't have the senjutsu body that Naruto and Madz does. HOWEVER, Naruto punched the ****out of madara in while in base form with only half of Hagoromo's chakra. Sasuke could probably do something similar so he could still take him on.

Nope, he's surpassed him.

1. Kaguya's rinne sharingan is not an advantage. It only gives IT for anyone other than Kaguya. In any case, any rinnegan user can access said ability if they got close to the moon.

2. Sasuke's rinnegan is a unique one, not an incomplete one. It doesn't follow the standard rules. For one thing, its abilities are different. Unlike Madara's rinnegan, it can use genjutsu, while Madara has demonstrated no genjutsu feats with the rinnegan. It doesn't follow the "2 rinnegan=full power" rule. On top of which, his usage of it controlling chakra was stated to be on par with Hagoromo. Needless to say, his single rinnegan is a full-power one.


3. Sasuke's chakra was already comparable to juubi jin Madara's with Hagoromo's gift alone. (caught up to him very quickly, showing similar physical attributes, and thus, similar 6 paths chakra levels) Put bijus on top of it, and he far surpasses Madara. A simple analogy is this. The bijus enhanced both. Rinnegan Sasuke without bijus>>>Rinnegan Madara without bijus. It makes sense, that since they drew their power ups from the same source, that they'd both be equally buffed. Therefore, biju Sasuke>>>Juubi Jin Madara.
