Why Sasuke cannot suppress Naruto's Bijuu,

2. We don't know how all seals work. We know Naruto's has a key, effectively, Naruto has a key that allows him to open the gate and let the Bijuu's power unleash. The issue here isn't if the seal is there or not, it's still there, just open. The issue is, can Sasuke push the Bijuu back into the seal, and keep it shut? Ideally, yes, but now the question becomes can Sasuke's suppression be everlasting, or can Naruto just open the seal again. Can Sasuke place a new lock, or just close the lock that's already there, which Naruto has the key for.

There is no seal anymore, and Sasuke isn't a seal master so no, even if there was a seal there, sasuke couldn't close it.

Yagura was controlled with a genjutsu and he was considered to be a perfect jin.The immunity only works if the host is put in a genjutsu and the bijuu can break them out of it,genjutsu the bijuu however and the results are likely different.

Yagura wasn't a perfect Jin, Obito was just controlling him.

There's no reason a sharingan user can't simply cast a genjutsu upon the bijuu inside of out of the seal.

Obito easily cast a genjutsu on Kurama while pulling himself out of Kushina's crumbling Seal.

Unless you're fighting a perfect jin then that's not going to work.

Genjutsu literally is mind control. Genjutsu work on Bijuu, as never has it been shown that a jinchuriki can break bijuu out of genjutsu. Even Minato had to use a contract seal to break Obito's genjutsu.

Contract seal was used to destroy the summoning contract so obito can no longer summon it, as the name itself suggests its a sealing jutsu for summoning contracts

2. You don't understand, the seal is what keeps the Bijuu in the body. Killer Bee said the Iron Tattoo on his shoulder is his seal. As a Perfect Jinchuriki, if the seal was no longer there, the mark would be gone. You can't say the tattoo remained after Bee removed the seal because Bee said the seal is intact.

Maybe Obito just didn't have enough chakra to maintain the genjutsu without a seal. Either way I doubt there's a way to genjutsu a Biju without having the Jin interfere, hence the need to put the host under genjutsu first, which is impossible for perfect Jins.
