Nice foreshadowing on Oda's part. I would prefer Sanji not to be a CD. It's a bit too obvious. Sanji's time to shine is about to come.

I really don't think he is a CD. That would be to obvious right after revealing his wanted poster, and Oda doesn't do obvious. There is probably a connection that sanji has with someone higher up. Or Zeff somehow gained a favor from a CD and asked for sanji not to be killed.... IDK, there has to be another reason other them his just being a CD.

I'm pretty sure Sanji is a prince. A couple cover pages foreshadowed it. Came up with a codename called himself "Mr. Prince". Zoro called him prince of Dumbass Kingdom.

That is true, but at this point sanji thinks kuma wants some form of retribution and is taking it out on Zoro but he's saying he'll be more feared then Zoro so it's better to take him out. Which is why before he says it he goes on about Zoros dream, and in the brotherly love/hate thing he says he's better then Zoro so if anyone should be taken out its him.
