Why Sakura acknowledged Sasuke first

Another way to look at it is that she acknowledged Sauske simply because she was shocked he's even there. She didn't need to acknowledge Naruto because he has always had her back.
Still though I was a bit disgusted by her saying that and ignoring Naruto as well. The guy shouldn't fret though at this point he probably has his pick of any woman in the village.

The direction of her body had nothing to do with it. Naruto ended up side to side with her. If Naruto was there, then you would see him on the other side.

She didn't ignore Naruto. She made a joke to him in the next scan. Sasukes speed can always improve so it's not really that big of deal. If anything this proves the gap between Sasukes and Narutos speed is smaller than we thought,

Unless he wasn't going top-speed, but even then the KCM speed ought to outpace Sasuke according to the manga. You might have something there. I'd be inclined to believe it was mostly for the slapstick joke of "what about me" and so on...

Minato is fast but not as fast as either the Raikage (3rd/Fourth) or Naruto.

FTG is what primarily granted him the title "Yellow Flash". That's instant teleportation (point A to B)

His Shunshin, however, that's actual movement. And that speed is probably similar to KillerB, Sasuke, Shisui, perhaps even Itachi and any other noted fast characters.

It annoys me that people can't make that distinction. And don't even try to argue this, as Sasuke is cited as having "godlike speed" in the databook, AND KillerB uses Gyuki's chakra to radically boost his speed. The only thing Minato's bests is their reflexes, however, Sasuke has better precognitive abilites.

Thanks. Theres little things in the manga people miss all the time and thats where we get the majority of our theories and predictions. I doubt it was for a joke but this ought of at least people to stop saying Naruto speed blitzes Sasuke.

It seems that one is undergoing a slow retcon though.

I'd rather the Naruto Sasuke fight be this way rather than Sasuke getting some powerup or something.

I always thought something was wrong there. tbh i think that was a one time burst of speed. Even Obito couldn't keep up with his speed and then for the rest of the chapters he handled him just fine.

Dont be silly. Like Yamato already noted, Naruto can't control his speed very well. There was no need to use his full speed.
