Why Sakura acknowledged Sasuke first

But the reason she acknowleged Sasuke before NAruto is simply because Sasuke is faster than Naruto and was able to reach her first.

Check the scan in the lower right where it says Sasuke-Kun. You only see Sasuke to her back, Naruto got there later because he's a slow poke and that's why Sakura acknowledged him last.

Sakura acknowledged Sasuke first due to that being exactly how they all originally acted in their early years of squad 7, Sakura had always acknowledged Sasuke before Naruto, and now it had once more been displayed in the story for reasons of perhaps nostalgia and embodiment of past actions. Now however, Sakura is not actually not acknowledging Naruto at all, merely acting her part as she sees it in their relationship as squad 7.
