No, they were not, they still had to train just as much as Sakura in order to master their clan's abilities. Shikamaru learning the Shadow Binding from his father, Choji learning to control his body expansion, Neji and Hinata learning Taijutsu from Hiashi..... all of it is no different than Sakura learning Taijutsu from Tsunade. Even with inherited powers, people still have to train to use them properly, even with the rennigan.

Answer this, does Sakura have the potential to do the following? Or could Sakura have learned the following?

Yes, they did start from scratch. Hiden jutsus are not the same as kekkai genkai, the person doesn't have it from birth nor do they randomly awaken it, Shikamaru learning Shadow binding would mean he had to work just as much as Lee and Sakura to learn their techniques.

And yes, sakura could learn to use these abilities if Shikamaru, Ino or Choji were willing to teach them to her, just as Tsunade was willing to teach Sakura the Yin Seal despite her not being an Uzumaki.

I know you weren't comparing but Like I said before, I love how you bring Lee into this matter to make Sakura look good which I've addressed that Sakura did almost the same attempt as what almost everyone did when they were born without special power and they had to go through the same process as what Sakura did when they're trained by their mentors and developed better techniques and more skills than Sakura did. Like the guy said above, sakura has copied all of tsunade's secret techniques so my question to you is what makes her any difference??

Early part 2 Sakura can kill any character she wants to with a punches, barring very few. Byakugou Sakura, I doubt anyone can really survive that attack without regeneration
