Why Rock Lee & Sakura > Anyone else.

Tailed Beast Sealed Inside Of Them.
No Handed Power Up's.
Just Hardwork On Fleek!

They both mastered their craft (Sakura's Being Medical Ninjutsu & Lee's Being Taijutsu) based on their own merrit and became two of the strongest shinobi of their generation. Kinda feel like their overlooked.

She doesn't have to be unbeatable to be a historic shinobi.. Name someone other than Tsunade with her medical abilities? Abilities that literally kept the manga afloat.

So disregarding and ignoring all the stress and time it would take to master the sharingan, rinnengan and the tailed beast ..
Because I mean hey the manga / anime didn't show Sasuke struggling to use the sharingan and didn't show Naruto struggling with Kurama at all.
But hey at least Sakura learned to heal people.

Lee deserve praise for his hard ass work, Sakura was about as useful as her part 1 self.
