A. They're both have no clan affiliations, dojutsu or possess a tailed beast.
B. Both achieved their power through hardwork and based on their own merit.
C. They both are two accomplished ninjas.

No but displaying the greatest destructive power is a contribution to her strength and Sakura's chakra control makes not only most of her peers look mediocre but most shinobi's period. And as far as the Kaguya situation goes, Sakura's presense was a contributing factor to the win.
