Some moves can't be learned out of spite.

When Nagato had the rinnegan, he was using fuuton: gale palm, a suiton, and according to Jiraiya all five elements.

After meeting Tobi and zetsu, taking up the offering of being taught how to use the rinnegan....

Was he able to use shrina tensei and Gedo mazou for a short period of time.

Possibly might need 2 rinnegan to use the paths or use them well, although Obito did have his jin puppets, although I'm not sure if they used any path abilities. His tomoe rinnegan has been lackluster so far when compared to madara's rinnegan, hopefully Sasuke has more than just: S/T technique and IT immunity.

Obito was gonna use Human path with 1 Rinnegan so don't think you need 2 unless you want the moves stronger.

Hmm that is also true. Obito did revive Madara with one eye also- I think. I don't really know why Sasuke hasn't used path abilities yet then. May be I'm being too impatient.
