Why Rinnegan Sasuke sucks?

Madara was getting man handled by Sasuke and Naruto, then Sasuke proceeded to blitz him. I understand he only had one rinnegan at the time, but the same can be said for Sasuke.

its not confirmed if tomoe rinnegan doesn't come in pairs because sasukes is different in that its normal rinnegan color and has 6 tomoe

Kaguya and the juubi both have one each. I think that's more than enough evidence to suggest that rinnegan with tomo only appear as a single eye

1.He is currently fighting the strongest individual in the Narutoverse so of course his power might pale in comparison.

2. He recently got this power up so I guess he might not know it's full capabilities.

3. He is not weaker than Nagato. He beats Nagato med difficulty.

It's not that it's weak, it's that the only 2 opponents Sasuke has used it on is Juubi Jin Madara and Kaguya.

Also the Sharinnegan doesn't come in pairs, it's like the 3rd eye. But I see the OP's point. Even if it's just one, it is like the pinnacle of the Rinnegan, you would think Sasuke could do Shinra Tensei, chibaku Tensei, and the like. I mean Madara had the same eye and was doing it so why can't Sasuke?

Maybe the others have a point and it's so new to him that he hasn't figured out how to use those particular techs yet. Maybe he will eventually.
