*Why do people say.... the Fourth Hokage is the strongest of the 5 when he had to Sacrifice himself to save the village from the nine-tailes when the 1st could control it...but people say the 4th was the strongest??!!
i got him third if that.
1. 1st Hokage
2. 3rd Hokage
3-4. 2nd and 4th Hokage
5. 5th Hokage

*Why do all the Uchiha fanboys got madara, itachi and sasuke 1, 2, and 3!
I have come to the conclusion that the Uchihia fans are trapped in genjutsu lol. it doesnt matter if sasuke lost one arm and an eye you would still rate him an elite or no matter how many facts you lay out you would still say itachi could beat pain.

Why hasnt ALMIGHTY sasuke won an legitimate fight...i was about to give him the Danzo fight but even at the end when he was completely out of chakra and Danzo still had a little left to finish him off.. he had to depend on
karin to get most if not all of his chakra back.

Why after all these chapters they had to show Neji as an bad guy!!

The fourth hokage didn't have to sacrifice himself to save the village from the Kyuubi - He Chose to.

Hashirama was able to control Kyuubi due to his KG and then Mito sealed it inside her to help him.

Minato broke control of Madara over Kyuubi and hit him with Rasengan , Put a seal on him in one move. He then teleported Kyuubi with his beast bomb away from the village. Kushina was there to seal the Kyuubi and die with it(she was already weak due to extraction of Kyuubi and baby birth).

Minato sacrificed himself because he knew Madara would be back. So he wanted Konoha to have Kyuubi's power to deal with him. So he used a complicated seal to make his own son the jinchuriki and seal half of it in death reaper's belly because it was too much.

Danzo if anything is/was underrated, he was a badass whether he become so through experiments or not. He could have easily taken dwn some of the top ninja, but I think he lacked experience with using those techniques. He may have a lot of battlefield experience, but he didn't have his arm and eyes throughout most of his life and it's obvious being that he had to keep checking whether the eyes were open or closed. If he was more comfortable using his new techniques he would have won that fight ( and if it was 1vs1). He has te 1st and uchiha DNA within along with some epic wind and summoning techniques, idk how anyone could doubt his worth.

Hanzo is hard to debate about being that he have not really seen him do much but defeat younger sannin, lose to a samurai and get owned by pain. However, I think some people aren't giving him credit when it's due. During his time he was a beast, but because he lost to a 7 man army and a strong samurai, who he defeated previously and who was able to go stronger over time, people doubt his legacy???? Really???? Yea u think about that.

Akastki overhyped??? Shyt without them there woudnt have been a series. They were the bad-guys and accomplished way more than imagined. IMO they could have gone a lot further if they didn't try to do their own thing or separated from their pairs. Blonde dude (forget his name) vs. Sasuke was not necessary, itachi vs. Sasuke, Hidan leaving Kazuka's side, I just feel they did a lot of unnecessary things which costed them their lives. But that doesn't take away from what they have done (killed kages, destroy villages, killed top shinobi) and what they're doing now, which is the war. Shyt they are what brought havoc to the ninja world.

everyone has their own opinion...like i personally think the hokage might be better than than the third...thats just me
also dont categorize all fans of any of the uchiha characters the same...my fav is itachi and im not a big fan of the other two plus its clear too me that itachi prob wont beat pain its the worst possible matchup for itachi

Well the first Hokage could only control the tailed beasts because of his wood jutsu, that does not mean he battled them and tamed them. Hashirama's wood jutsu is used for trapping things and controlling it, it isn't really that great at offensive capabilities. Just because the Uchiha can control tailed beasts doesn't mean they are all stronger than everyone who can't does it? I mean Pein couldn't control the Nine-tails but he is far stronger than Hashirama. You need to look at things rationally, Yamato can also control tailed beasts and can suppress at least up to the four-tails Naruto pretty easily, would you say he is stronger than the fourth?

All in all your list isn't all that though out. Minato and Hiruzen are definitely stronger than the first and second hokages. And I also see you saying that Itachi is overrated, Itachi is easily top five of all time. He is practically unbeatable with his Susanoo weapons.

i agree with most of what your saying, but danzou and hanzou is far from overated!!! kakashi isnt underated, hell if anything hes overated. the only 2 members in akatsuki thats overated is hidan and konan. kankaro isnt that great (he is a good ninja tho). idk what your talking about, but if you wanna go at it i have a lil free time on my hands, and ill defend sasori, hanzou, danzou till i cant no more..

I hate Sasuke. He is/was extremely overrated because during his Mangekko stage, he was always saved like a child. Screwed up alot too. Decisions on life and attacks in my opinion.

u forgot zabuza, itachi&kisame ,4th hokage and obito saved him on seperate occasions...and i brought it up cause you like every1 else complain ya hate sasuke so much because he gets saved all the time...like kakashi and yea thats the point of a team...thats why he picked them if he really thought he could do it by himself why would he pick a team....bee's not a scrub so in my opinion any1 losing to him is an acceptable loss

3rd was really strong, especially for a man of his age.Tsunade was way too overhyped in the first series about her strength, and now it seems like she's underpowered :s ??Orochimaru was overpowered, Kabuto is more overpowered than Orochimaru, Sasuke is pretty overhyped, but I think that he's very strong, even though he gets helped alot.But like it has been said already, that's the point of a team.Plus we haven't even seen his EMS in action yet, and who knows how strong he'll be with it.Madara is waaaayyy too overpowered, but that's what makes him a good antagonist.

As for the other characters you referred to, you were mostly right, I think, except for Kakashi.Kakashi is a badass and i don't think he's underrated at all.I just think that he doesn't appear enough anymore.Plus, Where the hell are Suigetsu and Jugo? xd

Your Probably Right about the whole 4th Hokage thing, However whose the best is still an arguement that know one could finish, Because each have their different opinion and facts about each Hokage. However Some Characters you said about over rated and under rated are abit lies,
Kisame (Overrated) - How can he be Over Rated... Hes known as the The Tailless Tailed Beast, And an Owner of Shark Skin.. Think about it!.
Sasuke (Overhyped) - Sasuke Is you could argue the 2nd Main character in Naruto itself.. He is Able to control.. Susanoo, Amaterasu and now with His EMS on its way, Hes gonna be a force to reckon with.
4th Hokage (overrated) - Defo Not Overated.. Wow I agree that he isnt the declarable Best Hokage but to say his over rated is a joke.
Konohamaru - Underrated Not really, What because hes learnt Rasengan and 'Killed' one Pain Doesnt make him an all round 'Kage' Level ninja.. Hes on the path like naruto was.
