Agreed with the likes of Almighty Unorthodox. (Appearently not regarding Naruto tho, since i can't stand Sasuke

1st, as few ppl said it already, the espada ranking is kinda ****ed up in general. E.g Haribel didn't show any feat whatsoever that would make her 3rd place reasonable. I'd put ulquiorra above her any day by feats w/o his 2nd release easily, would maybe even consider Nnoitra to put above her aswell. Kinda always felt like it's just a must for Aizen to put a female within the top3 too, but no sense behind it.
Then we have yammy. His number zero and "limitless power" worked out so fine against Byakuya and Kenpachi... He was stomped off panel w/o the previous 2 dropping a sweat. Let alone the fact that he is plain stupid, so would dissappear against some1 like barragan before realising wth even happend.
Barragan is kinda hard to compare with the top espadas since we have no evidences if Stark's // Ulquiorra's abilities could harm him or not. Since even Kido was effected by his ability, it's fair to think that any and every kinda technique would be, so he'd give a hard time to anybody, however since Ulquiorra is pretty intelligent, fast and got the best regen abilities by far i'd say he could find a way to beat Barragan, but once again it's a big "?", any of that 2 against Barragan. However as i mentioned it above, yammy wouldn't stand a chance against Barragan judging by the abilities we got to know so far. (Speed is essential in order to have a chance against Barragan for ex, which the big ass released Yammy lacking ALOT)
As much as i love Starrk, his attack doesn't seems to be a major threat to Ulquiorra judging from his fight with Kyoraku. Not cuz Kyoraku beated him (he'd most likely beat Ulquiorra pretty easily too), but he couldn't even touch a Kyoraku who was taking it easy with all his cero, and Kyoraku's speed isn't a hella impressive thing, atleast it wasn't ever mentioned. Tho it's hard to grasp and estimate speed correctly at animes / mangas cuz they like to make a big deal of some1's speed in the beginning, then later it aint seems to be as good at all. (For example to stay at popular ones, feats and speeds at Dragonball when they reached certain SSJ lvl 1st time and later, or here when Ichigo used his bankai the 1st time against Byakuya, his speed seemed to be much more impressive than later). And even if he'd menage to hit Ulquiorra, his cero's destructive force wasn't that big, so Ulquiorra could regen fine most likely. Overall, Judging from speed feats, destructive power, and intellect, it would be a tough fight, however i guess Ulqui would take it.
-Long Story short, what is sure, imo Yammy is trash from what we've seen about him so far, so my top4 would be smth like this:
1.: Ulquiorra, (able to use 2nd release aswell). (Barragan's place is unknown, can be above / below both Ulquiorra and Starkk aswell, but surely above the likes of Haribel)
2.: Starrk (tough fight against Ulqui as i said above most likely, since we don't know enough to be sure about either of their victory)
4.: Noitra / Haribel
