Why Orochimaru no steal Lil Nagato's Rinnegan?

Even if Oro knew of Nagato and his condition, I doubt Oro has the balls to try attack him.

Danzo must of also warned oro about him and his abilities.

Where did Kabuto get Nagatos DNA, if Konan took his body after his death? The most genes Kabuto used for the Edo Tensei, came originally from Orochimaru and his various researches.

And besides I don't see how a kid Nagato could defeat Orochimaru, after he only managed to defeat Jiraiyas clone with Yahiko and Konan, when they finished their training.
