Why Orochimaru no steal Lil Nagato's Rinnegan?

He's Orochimaru ... I don't think Nagato's bangs could have kept the Rinnegan hidden from him for long. Even if he didn't know it was the Rinnegan he still should have tried to steal his body. Nagato was small, weak and had the same kind of pale skin...He'd of stolen his body before sundown. Plot no Jutsu must have been working overtime to keep those eyes hidden till the right moment.

Probably because he only saw one of the Paths. I think Nagato just sends a path, that way none of the members would know he was crippled.

Not to mention, Orochimaru was so focused on getting the Sharingan from Itachi.

I'm talking baby Nagato back in Ame who was crying every other day before Jiraiya sat the little gaki down and had words with him. If Orochimaru wanted them eyes he'd of gotten them eyes.

Orochimaru had other things to worry about at the time is what im guessing? Hanzo the Salamander was a bad MoFo around that time. Along with him and the war going on at the time maybe Orochimaru decided to take the Rinnegan when the timing was right? :shrug:

Simple answer: Orochimaru was just an idiot. Misses out on the Rinnegan only to join the kid's organization years later (bet they made him grovel a little before accepting him). Pines after the sharingan for years only to finally try and get it after the clan is all but destroyed. Only good thing Orochimaru did in his time was turn Anko into the psycho we all know and love.

If you transplant eyes, your chakra is constantly draining unless you cover them..
Nagato covered it with his hair...

Oro doesn't have near enough chakra to pull off having a transplanted rinnegan
