Yes,I think too that Feudal Lords are the People that are Pulling the strings in shadows.It is not only that they are Hiring and Paying shinobi's to do the Job they want,they are indirectly making the shinobi's to do wicked crimes which lead to the revenge..blah...blah...blah....stuff and using them us a tools

I think that the elder Feudal Lords,during the time of Senju vs Uchiha conflict,there may be a chance that they have a Hand.It is like there are some "Dark Feudal Lords",who governed at that time.

I never actually thought of this. The Daimyos would probably never cross my mind, if I haven't read this. I agree, now that I think of it, they pay shinobi to do a lot of stuff. From finding a cat, to killing a person. Now I kind of got back to the point where Zabuza said ninjas are tools, he was right. It all makes sense now.
While there is a war raging, only thing they care about, are not countries, but their own safety.
Mei is a kage, Mizukage, highly respected by a lot of shinobi, the head of Kirigakure. Yet, she was supposed to guard the Feudal Lords, to keep them safe, even tho she is a leader herself. This only proves that they put shinobi beneath them, they consider shinobi as tools.

Well the difference there is that the military or generals are created by the politicians or they are divisions allowed to exist by the government. But when it comes to Feudal Lords they are lords because they are wealthy and they own most of the assets in the country like land, mines and transportation... well you get my point. If you look at start they wanted to destroy them but lacked man power to do so.

Yeah also the fact that they are allowed to choose a leader of the hidden villages and also that things that are important like creating an all 5 village alliance needed their approval it just seems unfair for the powerful to yield to the will of the weak.

There is a whole country, not just villages.

Villages are in the small part of lands. The rest are places like town Jiraiya and Naruto went for Tsunade. What can a kage do about ruling everywhere? Kages are military leaders not political. Coup at the hands of military are not faring well most of the time anyway.

Very interesting way of thinking about the feudal lords. Its true if there is no fighting then shinobi would not be necessary since nobody needs protection. But of course fighting and such does bring in money flow of some sort.

Well it's obvious that the Feudal Lords ruled before the Shinobi system was formed. Also if I remember well, samurais existed before shinobi, so I assume they were hired by the Feudal Lords. (Just like in the original history of Japan)

Now it was stated the the cycle of hatred was started by Ashura and Indra, so I doubt that the Feudal Lords have much to do with it. Kaguya was said to have taken control over the whole land, but she used fear and violence to achieve that, so she couldnt bring peace either. The Sage created Ninshu to unite people, but that didn't help either.

I can imagine a final scenario where chakra (and ninjutsu) are destroyed and given back to the Juubi, who will stop his rampage and leave people alone.
In order to stop the cycle of hatred, the shinobi system needs a reform, not the feudal system. It's just my opinion though. I think it's also possible that Naruto will preach Ninshu and people will accept it.
