Sasuke and kakashi have very different levels of chakra control. You can't compare sasuke's use of chidori in part 1 to kakashi's use of raikiri in part 1. Kakashi was much more experienced, had better chakra control and was using a more refined variant of the jutsu he taught sasuke.

For all we know sasuke maybe could have used chidori more times if his chakra control was better. Another thing to note is we don't know how much more chakra an average raikiri requires over an average chidori. So sasuke could have half as much chakra as kakashi, less than that or more than that.

What we know is naruto had more chakra, but we can't know how much or if he even has more in base at the moment.

idiot, kurama mentioned that if naruto was fighting sasuke with his the fully mastered rinnegan he will lose.. right now its safe to say he mastered the rinnegan so.... and by the way its the tailed beasts chakras not naruto.
