1. Since when is giving orphans a home a bad thing?

2. Orochimaru didn't create the Shin clones. He only created the original Shin, and that was well before Naruto became hokage. What's wrong with creating Mitsuki? Also, we don't know that he is still kidnapping kids.

3. People aren't still going after the bijuu chakara. Extraterrestrial aliens are going after the bijuu chakara. Naruto has no control or jurisdiction over that.

4. So did Hiruzen, Minato, and Tsunade. Kakashi almost let the Earth get destroyed. Not being able to stop destruction isn't solely a fault of the hokage and it doesn't make him a bad leader. By your logic, Sasuke and the other ninjas are also bad ninjas.

Anyway, how can anyone call Naruto the worst hokage when Hiruzen's reign saw:

The genocide of the Uchiha

The kidnapping of two little girls (Kushina and Hinata. In Kushina's case, Hiruzen didn't do crap about it and Minato, who was an academy student at the time, had to save her. In Hinata's case, this ultimately​ cost Hizashi's life, and Hiruzen still didn't do crap about it).

He left two orphans to live alone (Naruto and Sasuke), when he knew and was personally involved with both of their situations. He didn't even step in when the village ridiculed Naruto.

Danzou ran rampant ruining the lives of people such as the Uchiha, Kabuto, Nagato/Konan (Danzou's working with Hanzou led to the death of Yahiko, which led to the birth of Pain), Naruto, etc...

Hiruzen let Orochimaru escape the village when he had the chance to kill Orochimaru. This later came back to bite Hiruzen, as Orochimaru launched an assault on Konoha and killed Hiruzen.

Since you tried to blame Naruto for being unable to avert Konoha's destruction, then I can blame Hiruzen for being unable to avert the 3rd great ninja war.

Sasuke never wanted to be a traditional Hokage. And Gaiden proved that Naruto follows his orders.

Naruto was ready to leave Konoha to travel with him, and only stayed because Sasuke told him too. Later on he personally left Konoha, rather than send a clone, to meet Sasuke during the Shin stuff because he was ordered to via Hawk.

Naruto doesn't follow Sasuke's orders. They're friends and what you are referring to as orders, I believe, is just advice. Naruto seeks out advice from a lot of trusted people, one of them Sasuke. That's actually a good quality for a leader, separating leaders from dictators. And by this I don't think that Sasuke is Naruto's ***** either. They both have their own paths that they follow, but they have a common responsibility in which they cooperate, namely protecting Konoha. It's not always black and white.

Besides, nothing has been decided yet regarding the future destruction of Konoha. For all we know it's never even going to happen, there might be some dimensional time travel jutsus used or whatever and this entire thing will turn out completely different. They always spin things around like that. I personally take the entire thing with a grain of salt.

What makes this logic any better than Danzou's? You guys want the bijuus dead because people fight over them, but the bijuus are basically like humans. They are sapient beings and are basically their own race.

Having said that, is it justified to commit genocide so that people can stop fighting over that race? People even in real life have fought over issues concerning Jews and Africans for centuries. Should we just kill off all Jews and Africans to stop people from fighting over them?

Gave the Shin clones to Kabuto - I don't see how this is a bad thing though. He brought back a mass of sharingan users that will increase Konoha's power in the future (he succeeded in fulfilling Sasuke's dream of reviving the Uchiha clan in a way) and Kabuto is a changed man.

As long as you direct them onto the right path, they won't become the next Madara or Shippuden Sasuke... Kabuto studied the sharingan. He'll know how to prevent that from happening.

There's no proof that he is experimenting on children and since Yamato is tailing him, he must have toned down on his experiments. Yamato would've reported about such things a long time ago and Naruto wouldn't have let that slide.

EDIT: Also, the Shin clones were created by Shin as organ donors. Orochimaru already explained that Shin was an old experiment that was running lose and since he admires Itachi, we can assume that he was created when Itachi was still alive.

People are still going after the Bijuu chakra - So far, only the Ootsutsukis have gone after the bijuu chakra. They are foreign invaders that has nothing to do with the Shinobi system.

If there were a massive amount of casualties, then that would be a different story. Nothing has been confirmed yet.

Sasuke's plan is basically Lelouch's plan.

@ bold, this is literally what I thought when I finished code geass. Except sasuke forgot the most important part that lelouch didnt. Lelouch knew he had to die for it to come full circle. Plus you see how miserable the people where, sasukes plan would of resulted in people being like that, and eventually revolting, and always revolting(as in no one but naruto could fight him, but that doesn't mean people will ever stop fighting for their freedom)
