Why Naruto is not popular?

I mean I have made at least 20 threads so far regarding "who is your favorite guy in NV?", and until now I swear even 1 person hasn't mentioned "Naruto"!!! Isn't he really deserved more than this? O_O:dunno:

I think it feels a bit uncool to most people if their favorite character is the main character you know? I don't think it's that people dislike Naruto, they just discount him because since he's the main character the story is written for him to be liked so he already gets his love

the Narutoverse has a big amount of characters, so ppl have a lot of choise to chose from and they chose the one closer to their own characteristics. I don't think anyone really hates Naruto ( except the sasuke fanboys maybe -_-)

Naruto and Sasuke have continuously been the most popular characters in all official polls.

What one forum thinks is mostly irrelevant. Besides, Naruto has an incredible amount of loyal fans on this site. Just because they aren't as loud as the Sasuke ones doesn't mean they aren't there. He's hella popular

In my opinion, Naruto is great, he is my one of my favorites. But others just don't like him as much as others. They see different qualities in others that they find favorable. Other favorites of mine are Itachi, Minato, and Jiriaya.
