Why Naruto didn't summon Gamabunta to stop sasuke's departure in part 1?

I believe that he has more than enough chakra to summon gamabunta..

This scan clearly indicated that he was able to summon it even under tricky circumstances. He also showed that he was able to summon it even when he been engaged in battle for a while, and using a substantial amount of chakra.... Which is shown below.

The only clear conclusion would be, that gamabunta wouldn't be seen crushing a child... Which is essentially plot, Naruto wouldn't have gotten beat, because he would of went 4 tails then 5 tails ect ect... Although, sasuke wouldn't be able to handle it, thus why kish just made Sasuke win.

Naruto has not shown any boss summoning feats except when using kuramas chakra.

Well ,a manga writer can't keep everything he said in years in his head, he will forget stuff and he will contradict himself. Even assuming he could not summon him during that battle, because of chakra limit for instance. Why didn't he use it in other fights? Why didn't he summon an army of frogs during the war? I believe it's just Kishi forgetting about it

Wait what? This problem was addressed years back. There's many situations where summoning Gamabunta would've helped. Versus Neji, fighting Kimimaro, VS Sasuke. The reason was that Gamabunta didn't like him very much. He looked down at Naruto as just a little kid and would get angry for being summoned for something as silly as some genin kid gone rogue, why would he care? Why SHOULD he intervene? He only helped Naruto against Pain because he the toads were directly involved and Naruto was a sage and against Shukaku because his son said that he was getting picked on. Dude, Gamabunta barely helped JIRAIYA.

Toads don't really seem to care about human affairs, and good on them.

Also Naruto didn't want to horribly murder Sasuke, there's that too. There's not much a massive landfill Toad can do other than crush a little kid...
