Why Naruto didn't summon Bunta at VOTE

This is just my theory, I could be wrong and I'm not claiming it ru be fact. Just a little disclaimer.

I believe it was Jiraiya who stated that in order for Naruto to summon, he needs to completely empty his chakra, so he can start using the nine tails chakra. This was true when he fought Gaara too, because he lost all his personal chakra against Neji.

When he was going to retrieve Sasuke, he hardly used that much. He had a rasengan attempt but until he actually got to Sasuke, he only used the Kyuubi chakra. I think that more than likely if he tried to use summoning, he'd summon gamakichi or something.

You do know Naruto recovered some of his own chakra while they were waiting on Sasuke to arrive right? He then unleashed even more chakra that he got from wanting to protect someone he loves and it was blue chakra in the anime so his regular chakra is enough to summon Gamabuta. Plus Sasuke saw Kurama when Naruto unleashed Kurama power when they fought so we know it wasn't Kurama's Kurama's chakra.

Naruto got even more chakra from Kurama in his initial chakra mode since Naruto eyes turn to a Kurama's, fangs and claws while Naruto couldn't when he used it before. Naruto had the chakra to summon Gamabuta but he didn't because of plot, Sasuke needed to leave for plot sake.

Naruto didnʻt summon bunta at VoTe for the same reason he didnʻt summon bunta or any of the toads against obito, madara or the juubi (until Sasuke and Sakura summoned theirs).

If naruto summons gamabunta then itʻs no longer naruto vs sasuke 1 vs 1, technique vs technique, chidori vs rasengan, kn0 vs 3 tomoe, 1 tailed cloak vs Cs2.

Nagato used summonings for shared vision because he lacked mobility-said by Kabuto.
Naruto used a summoning because Gaara went tailed beasts mode. I never said Kyuubi isn't a summoning since Madara and Obito had it as a summoning.
Sasuke summoned his hawk to stop him from falling.
Kisame did that so he could get the intel to safety.

And your main point was have you ever seen anyone using a summoning in 1vs1 fight if you use a summon to save yourself isn't that using it in a 1vs1 fight

And Bunta would do what? fight a little kid for no reason? You have to remember Bunta won't fight anyone unless it's someone he hate or messes with his kids or someone Jiraiya asked to fight.

Yes Buta would fight Sasuke if Naruto asked him to, he already accepted Naruto when Gamagichi told him Naruto saved him. Also Sasuke is trying to leave Konoha which would make him a criminal to Konoha with the penalty of death. Plus Sasuke was heading to Orochimaru and Gamabuta wouldn't let Orochimaru get what he wants as he knows about Orochimaru a lot more than both Naruto and Sasuke put together in part 1 as he use to be Jiraiya summon when the 3 Sannins summoned.

Naruto could have summoned him in base as he did with Gaara, in initial cloak mode, and in 1 tail cloak mode before he hurt one of his hands. It was plot that he didn't since Sasuke had to leave the village for the plot to progress.

Kurama has taken over his thinking process and that is why naruto got 4x4 traction.

Madara used PS and Kurama. Hashi summoned wood dragon and human Buddha it evens out then he used shunshinsenju and Madara covered Kurama in PS so evens out again.

Using a summoning to save yourself is different because the summoning never fought using a summoning to fight in a 1v1 isn't a 1v1.

Bunta would only listen to Naruto in part 1 if it was someone he had history with or that attacked his kids he never fully listened to Naruto till part 2 that's known besides the fact bunta wouldn't fight a kid that would cause no threat besides if Naruto summoned him to handle Sasuke bunta would call Naruto a weakling and say he can't handle Sasuke.
