This goes to show Naruto isn't one to play around with others' feelings, so what makes you think he would slowly grab Hinata's hand, hold it and thank her for always being by his side, if he didn't have some sort of romantic*interest*in her? He's not one to give Hinata false hope.

Hinata confessed to Naruto, and then "died" for him, and he hasn't addressed the confession once in 200+ chapters after it, or ever will. How more obvious can he be about his interests? Plus he still said Sakura-Chan not just Sakura when the alliance arrived to the battlefield which could be used as a proof his feelings did not change. (Sakura is the only girl he uses Chan for, and she was only girl in entire Manga that he actually said himself hr liked)

Oh yeah he totally didn't care for hinata that's why he transformed in Kn4. It even said it was the worst emotions he's ever showed which means he obviously cares for Hinata

-Chan ussualy when guy likes a girl
-Kun ussialy when a girl likes/respects a guy, or out of respect
-San for your superioirs/out of respect,it is more formal
-Nii-san for male family members (usually by girls)
