Hinata confessed to Naruto, and then "died" for him, and he hasn't addressed the confession once in 200+ chapters after it, or ever will. How more obvious can he be about his interests? Plus he still said Sakura-Chan not just Sakura when the alliance arrived to the battlefield which could be used as a proof his feelings did not change. (Sakura is the only girl he uses Chan for, and she was only girl in entire Manga that he actually said himself hr liked)
When Naruto rescued Hinata when he first arrived to the war, he remembered her saving him as he spoke to her. He hasn't forgotten it, there's just no proper place to address love among everything that was going on at the time
