no flaming please. i actually used actual chapters in the examples followed so you can't say i made it up


1 in a not so long ago chapter naruto fought pain and in that moment was sort of saved by hinata who he thought died giving her life for him.

2 in the days or weeks (time frames are not that accurate) after the battle and after tobi's talk with naruto. sakura confessed her love to naruto who basicaly in short said she was lying to her self ergo he took it and stomped it in the ground to little to late

3 when hinata was fighting with zetsu clones dress as a shinobi wielding a tanto or katana forgot which one naruto saved her first before anyone else in that battle. he actually smiled remembering the "pain incident" and he though about her.

4 kishi foreshadowed in the talk no jutsu chapter you know the one showing sasuke saying carnage was coming to the battle field. her projecting her feeling in her mind. when kishi does this he usually means to do it (he has a pattern for those who can read the manga carefully)

ok after all this three conclusions can be made

1 naruto has developed feelings toward but its weird because of past feelings for sakura

2 he does not know how to react to it (lets face it everyone in real life goes through this problem one point in their teens)

3 he struggling to choose now on what he should do (go for sakura or hinata)

As long as Naruto's decision for whoever he chooses (if he chooses anyone) is well portrayed and if possible, well explained (since conveying a desision like that with the reasons why is difficult).

Separately that response sounds less enthusiastic than how I feel inside. Although regardless of how I said it, I really am excited. Espeacially if he ends up living a life with the company of a significant other he loves.

Correction. Naruto is more than a friend for Hinata. I dont see how Hinata is more than a friend for Naruto.

As for Sakura, Databook says clearly that her feelings for Naruto are beyond friendship (Sakuras character page, "Naruto" section). Besides, she was the girl he liked since the very the beginning, and hes the main character, not Hinata. Importance of his dreams >> importance of her dreams. And there is similarity between Jiraiya and Naruto, and Tsunade and Sakura. Tsunade was rejecting Jiraiya for years, and when she finally realized her feelings for him it was too late, Jiraiya died. There are other hints, but Im too lazy to list them.

In the 2nd part he doesn't really say much on the issue but the whole naruto and hinata since the pain arc looks legit and serious as kishi clearly spends pages and pages or hinata confessing her love and almost dying but yet sakura just sits der watching naruto about 2 get finished? also during the war kishi yet again spends pages and pages of hinata saying she wants 2 be hand in hand with naruto and as we know there are other couples that people want 2 see but kishi seems to express hinata's feelings so clearly.... Also i know every1 says that naruto never felt anything 4 hinata but if u take minato and kushina as example , kushina never liked minato until he aknowledged her and her hair- that is when she falls 4 him. This example almost resembles naruto and hinata as hinata is 1st to aknowledge naruto for his idealogy and way since the beginning ( even though others found naruto's belief stupid at 1st e.g. *neji*)

Sakura doesn't love Naruto... If she hasn't fallen for him even when Sasuke, the guy she's hopelessly fallen in love with, was gone, what makes you think she could suddenly do it at the end of the manga and especially at a Team 7 reunion with Sasuke present?

Hinata being a side charcter has squat to do with anything. She may be a side character, but she is also the most popular girl in the series. Usually it's the main girl but Hinata, a side character, surpassed Sakura. Also, what happened in DBZ, a manga that Kishimoto has stated time and time again that he gets his inspiration in writing Naruto from? Goku married Chichi, a side character, and not Bulma, the heroine.

Hinata and Naruto share a special bond. They are very good friends. Now, when Hinata jumped in to save his butt and you know... said three little words..., did you SEE naruto's face. He was shocked. A girl? Loved him? For him? By just being himself? All this time? And then she got stabbed... Naruto dropped his balls and nearly went the full 9 tails for her! :T_T: When he came out of Kyuubi mode, who was the first person he thought of? Hinata? He even cried for her and naruto has only cried for people he really cares about. I'm pretty sure that that day, hinata became more than "just a friend" in Naruto's head. She became a possible love interest for him.

Plus, if Naruto knew he would forever see her as "just a friend", he would've confronted her and told her to stop chasing him so that he wouldn't be leading her on for heartbreak. He's experienced that. I'm sure he wouldn't want Hinata to go through that. Also, during Sakura's confession, Naruto blatantly told her to "stop lying to herself". He rejected her. He knew for a fact that Sakura loved Sasuke. He's an idiot, not stupid.

Now, that chapter in which naruto saved Hinata had a whole bunch of foreshadowing by our very own Kishimoto-sama. Firstly, Hinata was seen taking big blow which symbolised all the things she's gone through to get naruto to see her. Naruto protecting her showed that he was here for her now. Also, here's the forsehadowing "Sorry for taking so long...." Naruto said, "Everything's alright now!"

Well, I like both possible endings... My guess is that Naruto will have an afair with Sakura and then will break up with her over Hinata... Then, Sakura will end up with Sasuke and everything will be the way it's supposed to be... Ah, and, for the record, Karin and Suigetsu will make an amazing couple! ^^
