Why Madara might still eat the fruit

I think the fruit is the very third eye. Remember Obito or Madara (I can't recall exactly) said when the flower fruit blooms, it reflects on the moon. Well we saw that Madara got the third eye by absorbing the tree and reflected the third eye on the moon. So I think Kaguya and Madara's third eyes are the very fruit of the tree. Therefore,he doesn't need to eat another fruit.

I think there has been much implication that Madara might get sealed by the sage tools.

If Kaguya helped Naruto and Sasuke, then they would face her afterwards, and she is just as strong as current Madara, perhaps stronger.

So I don't think that would be the case.

I thought the plan for Infinite Tsukuyomi was from the Tablet, not Kaguya.

I don't think he would simply let go of the fact that Kaguya became the strongest person in history from eating the fruit either

Madara picked up the plan from the Tablet seeing as he told Hashirama he, "Found another way." However, the plan came from Hagoromo's recount of what his mother had already planned (as seen during his flashback talk with Naruto). If we are to assume Kaguya has been concious in the shell of the Juubi, then we can decipher that during Madara's decades spent connected to the shell, they began to talk over and finalize the plan. This is assuming Kaguya's merger statement is heard and reciprocated by Madara.


The largest thing I would disagree with would be Kaguya dying. They are merging so technically, both Kaguya and Madara should fade to form a combined concious. Unless of course one finds a way to overtake the other. Considering Madara has given up hope for the human world, it's plausible his own will could be taken over by Kaguya.
