Why Madara can use Kamui

I think it's bs plot imo. Kakashi established that Obitos phasing and teleporting is the same jutsu. Obito already said he couldn't phase/use kamui with the Juubi inside of him yet Madara just does it no problem.

Kakashi didn't establish that phasing and teleporting is the same jutsu.. he established that it works with the same dimension.. that it's not the same jutsu is quit obvious. cause he isn't sucking parts of his body through his eye, besides he needs to be physical/not-phasing to use kamui.

And obito said he couldn't phase while juubi jin.
