Why Madara can use Kamui

Madara can use Kamui while being the Juubi Jinchuuriki because he has Hagoromo chakra.

Remember Hagoromo said Indra + Ashura = Hagoromo

Reality/Body + Imagination/Eyes = Madara/Hagoromo/Kaguya

Obito has no Hagoromo chakra so of course he coldn't use Kamui

Obito never stated he cant teleport with Kamui, he just said he cant phase.

Obito stated that he was unable to use Kamui in order to avoid attacks like he used to in the past because he had the Juubi within himself. He never stated that he wasn't able to teleport using Kamui, in other words: The Juubi's Jin can teleport using Kamui, but they cannot phase using Kamui.

whats the difference with teleporting and phasing? there are two pieces of madara, a torso in the kamui dimension and his legs in the real world. technicly there now in different dimensions. two of em, unless the legs are empty. all that i know is that its stoopid

the difference in my opinion is that phasing is obito's version of susanoo, which is used by the body.. while teleporting is kamui through the eye sucking yourself in to the kamui dimension...
